What to include in the Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • We currently offer:

    • Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

    • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

    • Free Shipping (5-7 business days)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays).

Perishable Items
  • All perishable items (e.g., chocolates, sugar coated goods) are packed with care to ensure they arrive fresh.

  • We may use insulated packaging and cold packs during warmer months.

  • To avoid spoilage, we only ship perishables Monday through Wednesday to prevent weekend transit delays.

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Issues & Delays
  • If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us at  within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Warm Weather Disclaimer
  • During hot weather, we recommend choosing Express Shipping for heat-sensitive items such as chocolate.

  • We are not responsible for melting or spoilage due to prolonged transit in warm temperatures if Standard Shipping is selected.
