Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [chelseatrading@outlook.com] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
We currently offer:
Express Shipping (1–2 business days) Delivery is £6.99 on all orders
Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) is £3.99, however when you spend £49.00 or over delivery is free.
Free Shipping (5-7 business days) free available, however the delivery time increases from between 5-7 days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays)
Smaller items are usually delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Saturday, 7.30am - 6.30pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.
Couriers we use for standard deliveries include DPD, Royal Mail, Evri and DHL
Perishable Items
All perishable items (e.g., chocolates, temperature sensitive goods) are packed with care to ensure they arrive fresh.
We may use insulated packaging and cold packs during warmer months.
To avoid spoilage, we only ship perishables Monday through Wednesday to prevent weekend transit delays.
